      食品真空包裝設計及外真空包裝材料原因

      食品真空包裝設計方面,如內容物的凈含量或體積超過(guò)了所用軟包裝材料的承受范圍,在運輸或銷(xiāo)售流通過(guò)程中,稍受外力,就會(huì )出現破袋、開(kāi)裂問(wèn)題。一般作為抽真空包裝袋熱封層,材料厚度不得低于50?m厚。

      食品包裝的物理機械性能——如拉斷力與斷裂伸長(cháng)率、抗穿刺強度、抗擺錘沖擊性能、剝離強度等,可綜合判斷包裝袋的韌性、耐穿刺性、抗沖擊性等物理機械性能是否符合包裝、儲存堆碼及運輸過(guò)程的需求。(與內容物、包裝袋的大小、運輸路途及包裝形式有關(guān))

      食品包裝的密封性一一如爆破壓力測試,可以確定發(fā)生破袋的位置和機械強度薄弱的部位。如熱封強度測試可判斷熱封強度是否滿(mǎn)足食品內容物的要求,并確定熱封不良的部位以及熱封效果的均勻度。例如雞爪真空包裝產(chǎn)生破損是因為雞爪被切分的時(shí)候,有些碎爪的骨頭被切的很尖,再加上煮沸的時(shí)候,肉皮收縮,所以骨頭就裸露出來(lái),在運輸的過(guò)程中容易將袋子扎破。因此,包裝袋的耐穿刺性應做為包裝材料組合的考慮。

Therefore, the puncture resistance of packaging bags should be a key consideration for packaging material combinations.

      通過(guò)泄漏與密封強度測試儀不僅能夠檢測軟包裝袋的zui大破裂力,還能通過(guò)設定施加的壓力來(lái)測試包裝袋的破裂時(shí)間,可以根據測試數據設計堆放結構,進(jìn)一步調整熱封工藝的參數以改善包裝效果,或者根據軟包裝袋破裂的位置對包裝結構上存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。
